Job Description

Kleio was founded to transform how companies engage with customers and drive sales.

We are building Kleio—a multi-agent conversational AI that autonomously engages consumers in rich, Kleio conversations to capture and convert leads.

We are seeing strong traction across industries such as travel, real estate, domestic appliances, and cosmetics. Now, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who believes AI will reshape how businesses connect with their customers.

The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with enterprise clients. You will identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for AI technology. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can execute efficiently.

Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Outbound Outreach

  • Research and identify high-potential enterprise prospects.
  • Drive pipeline growth through targeted outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Leverage warm introductions to establish connections with key decision-makers.
  • Work with marketing to assess inbound leads and explore upsell opportunities.

Trial Conversion

  • Guide potential customers through live product trials, ensuring they experience the full value of our AI solution.
  • Use successful trials to demonstrate product impact and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Deal Closing

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into enterprise customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, and legal) to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Manage contract negotiations and finalization.

Partner Ecosystem Development

  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key industry partners.
  • Collaborate with partners on lead generation, co-marketing initiatives, and integrated solutions.

Executive Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Position Kleio as a strategic solution that directly addresses their business challenges.

Technical Sales & Pre-Sales Support

  • Communicate the technical value of our AI-powered solution effectively to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to address customer inquiries pre- and post-sale.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in complex, technical SaaS products.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to understand and sell technical solutions.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
  • Experience selling to Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Background in consumer-driven industries such as travel, real estate, energy services, or cosmetics.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
